OUR FOOD
A lot of time was taken to create our menus. The authentic dishes were taught to us
by a native Mexican who guided us with recipies and ingredients that truly reflected
the flavours of Authentic Mexico. To achieve these flavours much research was done to
source the right ingredients, many of which are imported direct from Mexico such as our
dried chillies, green tomatillos, seasonings and sauces. To cater for local tastes we
have used these Mexican ingredients to create our own take on Mexican dishes such as the
Julisco steak, Tequila Prawns and Seafood Enchiladas.
Please do not be misguided by the perception that Mexican food is all spicy - most
of our dishes are in fact quite mild, and the best thing about Mexican food is that with
a lot of the dishes you can choose which filling you would like. For those who do like
to spice it up with have some Mexican sauces that you can add to your food and turn up
the heat!! There is only one problem with our food - the meals are too big, which means
a lot of people don't get to taste our fantastic desserts. So our advice is to take it
slow, have a couple of Margaritas in between, make more room in your tummy and then
finish off your Mexican Fiesta with one of the freshly made desserts!!
